Description:	High Range RNA Ladder는 8개의 단일가닥 RNA(ssRNA)로 구성된 제품으로, 각각 0.2k, 0.5k, 1k, 2k, 3k, 4k, 6k, 9k 크기를 포함합니다. 이 RNA들은 8개의 선형 DNA template 혼합물로부터 in vitro transcription을 통해 합성됩니다. 이 RNA ladder는 native agarose gel electrophoresis에서 단일가닥 RNA(ssRNA)의 크기(size)를 측정하기 위한 표준 분자량 마커(RNA size marker)로 효과적으로 사용됩니다. 전기영동 후에는 ethidium bromide staining 또는 nucleic acid safety dye staining을 통해 염색한 뒤 UV light로 밴드를 확인할 수 있습니다.
Quality Control Testing:	1% TAE 또는 TBE agarose gel에서 전기영동을 수행한 경우, RNA Ladder의 banding pattern은 각 RNA fragment에서 명확하게 식별 가능한 밴드(clear identifiable bands)를 나타냅니다. 전기영동 후 nucleic acid safety dye로 염색한 뒤 UV light에서 관찰하면, 각 크기별 RNA fragment 밴드를 선명하게 확인할 수 있습니다.
Storage Buffer:	1 mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.4)
Storage & Stability:	This product is stable for 10 months after storage at -80°C and avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Handling Instruction:	For optimal storage, aliquot the reagent into smaller quantities and store at recommended temperature. Please promptly retrieve the required portion and return it to the appropriate storage temperature.
